A turnkey office for an IT company in Limassol. The layout centres on a spacious open-plan area with ergonomic workstations, high acoustic screens and soft work pods; sound is kept in check by felt ceiling baffles, textile dividers and glazed call booths. Several meeting rooms are finished in a calm palette with oak veneer, understated furniture and carpet in varying tones. At each end of the floor sit coffee points with kitchenettes, accented with textured glazed tiles in terracotta and teal and fronts in black laminate and oak. The graphic black-and-white interior is complemented by backlit burgundy volumes, white grid shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, while an open terrace offers a lounge area to unwind.
