Technical Director

SHATRO Engineering LTD is opening a vacancy for a Technical Director to manage the company’s construction projects in Cyprus.

Your responsibilities:

• Overall technical management of the company’s construction projects
• Monitoring the quality and deadlines of work performed
• Analysis of design and working documentation
• Organizing the work of engineering and technical staff
• Managing project changes and adjusting cost estimates
• Interaction with contractors and suppliers
• Analysis and optimization of design and technical solutions
• Participation in budget planning and the company’s technical strategy

Our ideal candidate:

• Understanding of construction processes and design work
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Confident user of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Fluent Russian; English is required
• Clear communication skills, confidence, and responsibility
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information
