Project Manager | Foreman

SHATRO Engineering LTD is inviting a Project Manager / Site Supervisor to join our team to manage construction sites, coordinate on-site processes, and oversee project implementation from start to handover.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initiation through to handover
• Planning and monitoring work schedules in MS Project
• Managing budgets, controlling quality, and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring procurement
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects
• Successfully completed projects with budgets over €500,000 — portfolio required
• Strong understanding of construction technologies and project stages
• Fluent English or Greek language skills — spoken communication is required
• Confident user of Excel, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or similar software, and MS Project; knowledge of Trello will be an advantage
