Chief Architect

SHATRO Engineering LTD is inviting a Chief Architect to join the team for leading the architectural part of projects, coordinating design solutions, and supervising the delivery of residential and commercial developments.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the architectural part of projects from concept to implementation
• Preparation of design documentation (AR, P)
• Coordination with related specialists and supervision of their work
• Integration of related disciplines into master plans
• Author’s supervision
• Optimization of solutions in terms of timelines, budget, and technical implementation

Our ideal candidate:

• Higher architectural education (degree is required)
• 5+ years of experience as an architect, including experience in a lead role
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Confident command of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Working level of English; Greek will be an advantage
